隱私權政策
適用於「小姐牌」（Lady Card）iOS App，由 Zequlard 開發。最後更新：2026 年 11 月 2 日。
一句話版本
小姐牌不收集、不儲存、也不傳送任何個人資料到我們或第三方的伺服器。沒有帳號、沒有廣告、沒有分析工具、沒有追蹤。
1. 我們不收集的資料
小姐牌是一款在同一張桌子上、透過本機網路連線的團康遊戲。App 設計上完全不需要任何伺服器，因此我們：
- 不要求你建立帳號或登入。
- 不收集姓名、電子郵件、電話、位置、聯絡人、照片或任何可識別個人的資訊。
- 不使用任何第三方分析、廣告或當機回報 SDK。
- 不進行跨 App 或跨網站的追蹤，也不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA）。
- App 不會連線到網際網路上的任何伺服器。
在 App Store 的「App 隱私權」標籤中，小姐牌對應的類別為「不收集資料」（Data Not Collected）。
2. 只存在你手機上的資料
為了讓遊戲正常運作，App 會把下列資料儲存在你的裝置本機（iOS 的 UserDefaults），這些資料不會離開你的手機，刪除 App 即一併刪除：

3. 本機網路（Local Network）權限
小姐牌使用 Apple 的 Bonjour 服務（_ladycard._tcp）在同一個 Wi‑Fi 網路內尋找附近的房間，並讓同桌玩家的手機彼此直接連線。第一次使用「開房」或「加入房間」時，iOS 會詢問你是否允許 App 存取本機網路。
- 這個權限只用來在同一個區域網路內發現與連線其他玩家的手機。
- 連線期間，手機之間只會交換遊戲所需的資料：你的暱稱、抽到的牌與遊戲狀態。
- 這些資料直接在玩家的手機之間傳送，不會經過網際網路，也不會被儲存在任何伺服器。
- 離開房間或關閉 App 後，連線即中斷，對方手機上不會留下你的資料。
- 你可以隨時到 iOS「設定 › 隱私權與安全性 › 本機網路」關閉此權限，但關閉後將無法與其他手機連線，仍可使用「一支手機輪流傳」模式。
4. 外部連結
App 的設定頁提供「買一杯珍奶給我」的贊助連結（https://zequlard.bobaboba.me）以及聯絡郵件。點擊後會離開 App，開啟 Safari 或郵件 App；贊助平台有其自己的隱私權政策，與本 App 無關。本 App 本身不包含任何 App 內購買。
5. 兒童隱私
小姐牌不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會在知情的情況下收集任何兒童的個人資料。由於 App 完全不收集資料，所有年齡的使用者都適用相同的保護。
6. 你的權利
因為我們沒有你的任何資料，所以沒有任何可供查閱、更正或刪除的資料。如果你想清除 App 存在手機上的本機資料（暱稱、語言設定等），直接刪除 App 即可。
7. 政策變更
如果未來 App 的資料處理方式有所改變，我們會更新本頁並修改頂端的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在 App 更新說明中註明。

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Lady Card (小姐牌) iOS app, developed by Zequlard. Last updated: November 2, 2026.
In short
Lady Card does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to our servers or to any third party. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
1. Data we do not collect
Lady Card is a party game played around one table over your local network. It is designed to work without any server, so we:
- Do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
- Do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personally identifiable information.
- Do not use any third‑party analytics, advertising or crash‑reporting SDKs.
- Do not track you across apps or websites, and do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Never connect to any server on the internet.
On the App Store, the app's privacy label is Data Not Collected.
2. Data stored only on your device
To make the game work, the app keeps the following in local storage on your device (iOS UserDefaults). It never leaves your phone and is removed when you delete the app:

3. Local Network permission
Lady Card uses Apple's Bonjour service (_ladycard._tcp) to discover nearby rooms on the same Wi‑Fi network and to connect players' phones directly to each other. The first time you host or join a room, iOS asks for permission to access the local network.
- This permission is used only to discover and connect to other players' phones on the same local network.
- While connected, phones exchange only what the game needs: your nickname, the cards drawn and the game state.
- This data travels directly between players' phones. It never goes through the internet and is never stored on any server.
- When you leave the room or close the app, the connection ends and nothing about you remains on other players' phones.
- You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network. Without it, you cannot connect to other phones, but “Pass one phone” mode still works.
4. External links
The settings screen contains a “Buy Me a Bubble Tea” sponsorship link (https://zequlard.bobaboba.me) and a contact email. Tapping them leaves the app and opens Safari or Mail. The sponsorship platform has its own privacy policy, which is independent of this app. The app itself contains no in‑app purchases.
5. Children's privacy
Lady Card is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the app collects no data at all, users of every age receive the same protection.
6. Your rights
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. To clear the local data the app keeps on your phone (nickname, language and so on), simply delete the app.
7. Changes to this policy
If the way the app handles data ever changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
